In order to be able to participate in the "Internet User's Prize" as a jury member, every web user that would have subscribe will receive by mail or e-mail, a personal code that will be absolutely necessary to express one's vote.

Any web user will be invited, country by country, to vote for the most remarkable, the most useful or the most efficient proposition. The voter will have to justify his choice using sound arguments.
